Greek Gods and Titans

Again, this isn't the full set of gods and goddesses. There are a lot of other minor gods. These are the gods and Titans that the people in Ancient Greece believed in. There are also the Roman names for the more barbaric side of a couple of the Greek gods.

GREEK GODS

Aphrodite - goddess of love, beauty and desire
Apollo - god of music, healing, plague, prophecies, poetry and archery
Ares (Roman - Mars) - god of war, bloodlust, violence, manly courage and civil order
Artemis - goddess of the hunt, wilderness, animals, young girls, child birth and plague
Athena - goddess of wisdom, warfare, battle strategy, heroic endeavour, handicrafts and reason
Demeter - goddess of agriculture, horticulture, grain and harvest
Dionysus - god of wine, parties and festivals, madness, drunkenness and pleasure at forever young
Hades (Roman - Pluto) - god of the dead and the hidden wealth of the earth. (King of the Underworld)
Hephaestus - god of fire, metalworking, stonemasonry, sculpture and volcanism
Hera (Roman - Juno) - Queen of marriage, women, child birth, heirs, kings and empires
Hermes - god of travel, messengers, trade, thievery, cunning wiles, language, writing, diplomacy, athletics and animal husbandry. (Messenger of the gods)
Hestia - goddess of the hearth, home and cooking
Poseidon (Roman - Neptune) - god of the sea, rivers, floods, droughts, earthquakes and creator of horses
Zeus (Roman - Jupiter) - King of the gods, ruler of Mount Olympus, god of the sky, weather, thunder, lightning, law, order and fate

Aether - god of the upper air and light
Ananke - goddess of inevitability, compulsion and necessity
Erebos - god of darkness and shadow
Hemera - goddess of daylight
Chronos - keeper of time. (Not the Titan Cronus)
The Nesoi - goddesses of the islands
Nyx - goddess of night
Uranus - god of the heavens. (Father of the Titans)
Gaia - personification of the earth. (Mother of the Titans)
The Ourea - gods of the mountains
Phanes - god of procreation in the Orphic tradition
Pontus - god of the sea. Father of the fish and other sea creatures

Tartarus - darkest, deepest part of the Underworld
Chaos - the nothingness from which everything sprang

Hyperion - Titan of light
Iapetus - Titan of mortality
Coeus - Titan of intellect and the axis of heaven around which the constellations revolve
Crius - least individualised of the Twelve Titans
Cronus - leader of the Titans
Mnemosyne - Titan of memory
Oceanus - Titan of the all encircling river Oceanus around the earth, the font of all the earth's fresh water
Phoebe - Titan of the "bright" intellect and propphecy
Rhea - Titan of female fertility, motherhood and generation
Tethys - mother of the rivers, springs, streams, fountains and clouds
Theia - Titan of sight and the shining light of the clear blue sky
Themis - Titans of divine law and order

Asteria - Titan of nocturnal oracles and falling stars
Astraeus - Titan of stars and planets and the art of astrology
Atlas - Titan forced to carry the sky upon his shoulders
Aura - Titan of the breeze and the fresh, cool air of early morning
Dione - Titan of the oracle of Dodona
Eos - Titan of the dawn
Epimetheus - Titan of afterthought and the father of excuses
Eurybia - Titan of the mastery of the seas
Eurynome - Titan of water meadows and pasturelands
Helios - Titan of the sun and guardian of oaths
Clemene - Titan of renown, fame and infamy
Lelantos - Titan of air and the hunter's skill of stalking prey
Leto- Titan of motherhood
Menoetius - Titan of violent anger, rash action and human mortality
Metis - Titan of good counsel, advice, planning, cunning, craftiness and wisdom
Ophion - an elder Titan
Pallas - Titan of warcraft
Prometheus - Titan of forethought and crafty counsel. Creator of mankind
Selene - Titan of the moon
Styx - Titan of the Underworld river Styx

The Titans were the first group of immortals before the Greek gods.

Egyptian Gods

This isn't the full set of Egyptian gods. There are a lot of gods and goddesses that people worshipped in the days of the Ancient Egyptians.

Set - god of evil, chaos and deserts
Osiris - god of the dead
Horus - god of warfare
Isis - goddess of magic
Nephthys - goddess of night and lamentation. (Wife of Set and mother of Anubis)
Bes - god of dwarves
Anubis - god of funerals
Thoth - god of wisdom, scribes, baboons, ibises and magicians.
Sobek - god of crocodiles
Sekhmet - goddess of war, battles and lions. (Bad side of Hathor)
Hathor - goddess of joy, motherhood, cows, turquoise and love. (Good side of Sekhmet)
Serqet - goddess of protection and arachnids
Tawaret - goddess of hippopotami, pregnancy and childbirth
Nut - sky goddess. (Mother of Osiris, Isis, Horus, Set and Nephthys. Wife of Geb)
Geb - god of the earth. (Father of Osiris, Isis, Horus, Set and Nephthys. Husband of Nut)
Shu - god of the wind. (Father of Nut and Geb)
Ra - sun god
Nekhbet - goddess of vultures
Babi - god of the savage alpha male baboons
Apophis - god of chaos
Ptah - god of workmen and the "opening of the mouth ceremony"*
Bast - goddess of cats

*The opening of the mouth ceremony was performed so that the dead person could speak and breathe while in the after life.
